Hiking 3: After the Hiking Trip
(Continued from Hiking 2)
After
the Hike
- Drink Water. Drink water
and get something to eat.
- Do a Head
Count.
Check to make sure everyone has made it back to base camp.
- Stretch. Stretch your
legs and any other areas that may need loosening up after the hike.
- Rest. Take a
breather and cool down.
- Do An
Equipment Check. Do a thorough check to see if your equipment has been
damaged.
- Store
Bigfoot Evidence.
Store away evidence you have gathered in a safe place for later analysis.
- Record Events
and Other Information. Write entries in log books and journals to record
information while it is fresh in your mind.
